Taylor holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelors in Psychology from Texas Tech University. Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a certification in Sports Social Work. She is also pursuing a Doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States. Taylor did her practicum at a Methadone Clinic in Downtown Los Angeles during her graduate studies followed by a treatment center. Taylor has been working in the mental health field since 2016 and has not looked back since.
Taylor’s clinical interests include sports/athletes, relationship issues (non-couples), depression/anxiety, body image (non-eating disorders), academic stress, and spirituality. She has experience in a variety of diverse populations with the most recent being college students. Taylor's therapy style is eclectic and allows the client to lead while she lends a guiding hand with a conversational style. Taylor believes therapy should be a safe space for the client to be their true authentic self and also a moment to laugh.
Taylor enjoys spending her free time watching sports, traveling, binge watching tv shows, hanging with her friends/family, or cuddling with her Yorkie, Jammer.
